Our products are sorted in to two delivery categories; Standard and Heavy. The delivery charge will be automatically calculated according to the delivery category of the products in your shopping basket. There is only one delivery charge per order, no matter how many items you add to your basket.

In the vast majority of cases, we are able to deliver your bathroom items within the timescales specified. Please note that the estimated delivery time is not a guarantee of delivery. All timescales are approximate and should only be used as a guideline for receiving your items.
For orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays, the estimated delivery time should be measured from the next working day.
All estimated delivery times are based on delivery to mainland UK addresses. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands may take a short time longer (please contact us for more details).
