Returns Policy
Here at Click Bathrooms we are committed to ensuring you receive the product that is right for you. That it is why we offer a 7 working day return policy giving you the opportunity to check your order. All we ask if that when you inspect the goods carefully remove and retain packaging so that it can be re-used in the event of a return. The 7 working day return period commences at the time of signature which is given to the delivery driver on accepting the goods.
To arrange to return an item please email sales@clickbathrooms.co.uk a brief returns form will be sent to you which is to be completed in full. Once received a returns number will be issued and our warehouse team will be advised of the imminent arrival of your goods. Please record the returns number on your label. Here at Click bathrooms we always send out goods on an insured delivery service, we would highly recommend that you do the same, in the unusual event that a courier misplaces or damages your returned items you can be assured that they are covered.
